"You have to own your own career here. It's not likely that someone else will watch out for you and help you grow. Get involved in a lot of extracurriculars so you have more people in your court and get noticed."

"Pay may not be equal but you have the opportunity to receive support with the Professional Women's Council and other Employee Resource Groups. Lactation rooms are pretty great. Schedules are flexible."
