"Rollins and it's brands are in a very stable industry - pest management is more a need than a want. Although the business isn't cutting edge by nature, we are the largest and most advance and working to grow the business and our service delivery every day. "

"The company is making great strides in closing the gender gap but I think we still have that 'boys club' mentality that allows men to get away with more than a woman ever could. And I don't mean sexual harassment, which would not be tolerated. I mean general attitude and disposition. Men can be assholes, bad at their jobs, time wasters and generally a drain on anyone who has to work with them and they continue to keep their jobs. I don't feel like the same would be tolerated of a woman. "
