"I have been in the corporate world for awhile now. I have floated from one toxic environment to another. I honestly believed that all companies were like that.
They aren't. I have never felt so supported in my life. My manager cares deeply about my work-life balance, my well being and my career goals. The C-level team is more transparent than I ever beleived possible (really nice when there's a bunch of uncertanity like during this pandemic). They did everything they could to prevent layoffs and were successful, I think because they genuinely care about their employees."

"The only reason that I did not rate R&Q a 5 is because you have to request PTO of more than 3 days in a row, 45 days in advance. I completely understand why this is needed as we are a consulting firm, but it does require you to be a bit more proactive when scheduling your time off. "

"The management structure is different here. My boss really doesn't have any background in medical devices - she's a nurse. At another company her role might be to make sure that my HR stuff is taken care of. Here, she does that but she also checks in with me to make sure that I am getting the resources that I need. That I'm not too overloaded. That I am challeneged and growing. She sets up team meetings where we collaborate and learn about different areas in regualroty and quality that we might not be exposed to otherwise.
Whenever I have needed help, she is on it. I really like having the separation between a boss that might assign my work and a boss that is there for me.
We have project managers who assign work and our clients, but having a dedicated boss is really nice."
