"The benefits for working moms are great... 16 weeks parental leave and a dependent care spending account. I've been at RSA for a decade and every boss I've had was very flexible. One of the biggest challenges is that, as a global company, you sometimes have meetings at weird hours to accommodate timezones. There are quite a few women in leadership in product, support, and services. I think our sales and engineering teams lag behind the industry on women in management roles. That being said, RSA has a lot of development programs targeted at women with leadership ambitions (or at least they did under Dell and EMC)."

"As with any organization, job satisfaction is very dependent on your manager and RSA is not an exception. In my experience, the company offers a great work/ life balance (integration), opportunities for career growth within the company, flexible working hours, and with the exception of limited women in leadership positions, is favorable to women. Under the Dell umbrella, benefits are quite generous and now includes paid parental leave for birth mothers, fathers, adoptive parents and foster parents as well as caregiver leave."
