"I can only speak for the office employees. The culture is positive and inclusive. There are plenty of female leaders at all levels. Especially since COVID, they support work-life harmony. They have on-site daycare. My only warning is that paid maternity leave is non-existent. You have to use sick and vacation before using the private disability insurance (which is an elective / out of pocket expense and not cheap) and since births only qualify for 6-8 weeks, you never get to access the insurance. No paid bonding time. Unpaid bonding is 12 weeks per baby (split if both parents work there). "
