"I just starting reading "Lean In" by Sheryl Sandberg. I know disparity exists in pay between men and women; but I don't feel that it does here at Sage Intacct. I feel that I am fairly compensated based on my skill set and tenure; not my gender. Sage Intacct really is an inclusive company not for just women, but for people of color and different nationalities. Very fair company. It is an awesome work environment. Very nurturing. I love working here!"

"The work-life balance is great! Everyone is respectful that people have a life and obligations outside of work.
They do need more women leaders at the executive level."
