"It preaches family atmosphere but still have the typical boys club mentality in sales and up top. But there has been a bigger focus on promoting more women up top."

"Working from home is hard to get approved. I typically see it only for last-minute issues. Not even the danger of poor weather will give you a break!"

"Comp time does not exist. You are expect to work X hours in a day, and can only adjust it by an hour or so. If you need greater flexibility, you must take time off with vacation/PTO."
