"Seagate is going the full mile to remove bias in multiple ways. Awareness being created through various Employee Resource Groups and other channels, AI enabled platforms are being used to reduce human bias and the people are really focused on the output here. Of all the organizations I have worked with, this is the first one where I haven't noticed a subconscious bias (although my subconscious may have caused me to miss a few) but I have seen people making a conscientious effort in correcting themselves if ever they say otherwise. All of this makes Seagate a great place to work! "
