"Seagate is truly dedicated to promoting woman in the workforce. I am seeing my female colleagues being promoted and its exciting. It's a long time coming, and I see the change happening now. Better late then never. We are also working to add more woman to our board, and to the CEO staff. Leading by example and setting targets for diversity and inclusion are paying off!"

"My boss truly cares about people and is shows in how he treats his staff. I have had to adjust me working schedule to accommodate taking my child to school and not only does he support that, but he apologists if he forgets and trys to contact me during this blocked off time. He will wait until I am available and pick up his ask with me then. He is very respectful of my family obligations. "

"Seagate cares about its families. Many colleagues have spent their full careers with Seagate, demonstrating that with interest, personal growth, and commitment can come a valued long-term relationship.
As a woman in the organization, I feel like my voice is heard just as well as my male counterparts are heard.
I see our senior leadership team listening and responding to all employees, especially through COVID, to understand how to lead respectfully and responsibly during these changes in daily engagement."
