"Seagate gives you the freedom to bring your own ideas to life! You have the opportunity to collaborate with a great team while also having the independence to manage things in your own way.
I also love the way they manage time off! It is never a battle to arrange a trip with your family or take time for an appointment."

"My opinion has gone down dramatically with the recent decision to have no post-pandemic hybrid work option. I have less flexibility than before the pandemic with management being urged to increase "badge-scans" at the office."

"Seagate is a great place to work in most respects, from products through to remuneration. however as a female you expect to work harder for longer than your male counterparts to gain promotion. Not unlike a lot of manufacturing sites in this region. Management promotion is still based largely on technical ability of staff without much consideration for softer people skills and is skewed towards males in some sites."
