"We most often tend to think gender equality as treating women special. But in my opinion, gender equality is achieved when there is gender neutrality.
In Seagate, my boss is a lady. Her boss's boss is a lady. They are in management positions not because they are women. But they have the necessary skills. You will be respected here because of your skill not because of your gender.
Its a great place to work because you will be seen as a great employee irrespective of your gender.
