"What I love the most about working here is how dedicated the company is to bridge the gap for women in tech. The stats are staggering, and men are yet again dominant in this industry. Not at Searchspring. We leave biases aside and implement culture add interviews. We promote from within and have clear career paths which have made me feel supported in my growth and future. Overall this has been the best company as a woman in my 10 year career. Pay, hours, and culture all factor in to why I am staying."
