"Determine how much experience you need for the next job you want to reach and use it as a stepping stone only. Act interested in others, but tell them nothing. Never bad mouth anyone. Just say "interesting" and if someone pushes you say something like "I just don't have a drama bone in my body, but I completely understand if you need to vent." "

"I worked in the Human Services Department, as a Social Services Aide. You are allowed to duck in and out of the office whenever you need to, as long as you sign yourself out on the sheet. You record your own hours, which takes much of the stress off."
