"Working at Sedgwick CMS is great if you do your job and seek to improve your work performance. Don't be enthusiastic for Promotion, but they do provide opportunities for promotion keep working towards them until you meet their requirements and get the promotion. Don't give upon your promotion when you are sure you meet all their qualifications. Don't forget that they work on seniority, so there might be other people also been working hard for the same promotion. Keep it up, and be kind. The opportunity is there and might be yours. "

"Office job, nothing special but it pays the bills. Depending on the client and supervisor you can either have a flexible work schedule or a non-flex one "
