"The culture is one of the most bro-y, male dominated I have ever seen. I really believe HR is trying to build policies that make things better for women but the leadership culture won't allow this to happen. I would never recommend this company to another woman."

"Mat leave is great - 4 months - but challenging to have upward mobility in this male-dominated industry (The Trades - HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, etc) and company"

"This is definitely not a good place to work for women. There are zero women in senior leadership and the overall culture is very bro-y. I would not recommend any woman work here."

"Flexibility really depends on your team. That said, there is a very strong culture of needing to be in the office rather than working remotely so this can make flexibility difficult "
