" I was given the freedom to make my hours according my prioritization skills. As long I was communicating and available to answer questions when needed. Specially I was respected my weekends, but my Boss Patrick Tallon was amazing, he never treated me badly, and was generous on Christmas bonuses even though, it was not part of my contract. I like the most he trusted me and my decision making that is why always gave the extra mile for the business. "
