"The company is very reactionary when it comes to developing personnel policies. Below their peers when it comes to parental leave. HR and Central functions make life harder because they do not know their own policies and communicate contradictory information. They significantly messed up multiple employee's insurance.
On a day to day basis, Partners essentially pick protégés. If you find a good Partner to connect with, things are good and your career will progress, the opposite is also true."
