"It is a great place to work, but it's not always the best with pay and the time off policy could be stronger. There is a lot of day to day flexibility that does help it balance out."

"I don't see much of a result from the company's reported initiatives. I would recommend pay transparency initiatives and greater oversight in employee reviews and interviews to curb bias. "
