"Just...don't do it. If you're looking for a career with a company that will allow you to grow and develop professionally, or a place that functions without passive aggressive behavior perpetuated by the CEO, look elsewhere."

"Previous direct manager was the best boss I have had, and I know that a few other mid-level managers are great. But once you go up the chain it is the complete opposite."

"Skillcrush has great employees and a fun atmosphere, but there are some serious problems with company culture and treatment."

"Skillcrush says that they offer a flexible work schedule, but the sheer number of meetings and 24-7 "on-call" expectations from the CEO make that actually very unlikely for employees with any significant responsibility. I think Skillcrush COULD offer more flexibility, but it would have to be a big culture shift."
