"Absolutely not. Steer clear. If you do, expect to be treated poorly as a woman and, if you do complain, you will get fired."

"My boss was the most misogynistic manager I have ever worked for. I had to file a complaint against him. He not only kept his job but was not required to do any training. I left because I was not willing to put up with the toxicity. They fired him a couple of months later. However, the founder quickly hired him to lead women again at his new organization."

"Decisions are made by a small group of employees. There is excellent representation of women but unfortunately those women are operating in a silo and not with the feedback of their teams and employees."
