"Great on the paper, but unfortunately has now turn out to be more of a paper exercise than real actions, and we are still not getting new female talents accessing the top exec. "

"This company is about self-empowerment. You need to take ownership of your career and not be afraid to ask for what you want. In general, I have found the company to be supportive of females and it definitely takes gender balance seriously."
