"Dress nicely. The wait staff and hostesses are all women, and it surprises me how little people dress up when working the front of a restaurant. Dressing up can do a lot towards making the customer’s experience great and increasing tips.
Who wants to eat at a place where the seater is wearing ripped jeans and a t shirt?"

"It’s hard to be flexible with a job like this because you need a minimum staff at all times- if someone else asks off work the same weekend you want, you may need to compromise or take off another weekend. That being said, employer will work with you extensively to make sure you don’t miss events. "

"Please do not waste your time working for this company. They do not respect their employees. This is a heavily sales based company and it is obvious they would rather fill their position with men. "
