"If you're a woman this is probably not the company you want to work for. The higher ups discriminate heavily and the sexual harassment is worse than anywhere I have ever worked."

"PTO is good but you can't work from home and have to work within your hours. If you need off, you take time off for that but they are good about letting you off whenever you need to. "

"Don't underestimate yourself. Women dominate marketing, HR, and accounting but very few in tech. Don't be intimidated by that. Socket is great at training for rolls and providing the opportunity to move around and learn more. "
