"12 weeks paid maternity leave! That's very rare, especially in the U.S. They are very transparent about making more progress towards a more diverse and inclusive employee base. It takes quite a bit for a company this size to come out and share their key learnings even if it is not a success story. "

"Its very function dependent. If your function is in R&D, there is some level of flexibility if you are a scientist/engineer and above. If you are a researcher or operator, the flexibility is less visible but this is the same with a lot of companies. If your function is in the business development or commercial side, you have a lot of flexibility. "

12 Weeks Paid | 2 Weeks Unpaid
"There former policy was fairly generous. You can take FMLA concurrent with your maternity leave. For every year you've been with the company, you get ~2wks of paid maternity leave. The current policy is a lot more generous and gives all 12 weeks maternity leave. "
