This associate may take up to 8 weeks of paid leave. 2. Bonding leave - available to eligible parents to bond with a new born child or placement of a child through adoption. Associates may take 2 weeks of paid leave. There is also FMLA if the associate is eligible for that which is 12 weeks of unpaid job protected leave. "
