"This is a largely female dominated industry from the staff to middle management tier. It's very male dominated throughout the industry by men, but that is changing. I see more C-Suite female roles, earned and not just given. I also see more BIPOC and inclusive-focused conversations happening naturally, not post-issue or event. "
