"It's a white boys club at sgws. There is only one woman C level executive and they've made her life a living hell. I know they are trying to push her out. I've been told that women are only good at being secretaries and that's where I stayed for too many years. I watched my smile fade as promises of moving up and growing were pulled right from under me. I worked in the corporate office which was very much the belly of the beast where most of the disgusting atrocities took place. I hope they change for the better soon. "
