"I have learned a lot while working here, whether it was good or bad. I have met some amazing people who have given me great advice and guidance. This company has its perks, but don't let the culture and people make you forget who you are. During my time here, my critiques were not focused on my work, but on my appearance, personality, and age. Unfortunately, even though I met amazing people, I was never considered for promotions or other opportunities due to my work being overlooked."
