"Progressive and fair work environment that treats men and women equally. Additionally, the environment is very diverse.
Let's put it this way, my day to day does not involve me thinking about me being a female or having diverse background - it's not a thought and it shouldn't have to be. My day to day involves me doing the best job possible in my role and that is a first for me. "
