"Women are not treated fairly. I was told by a female manager that I have to get used to making less than men because it would never change. The work/life balance is terrible, especially in management roles. The salaried employee contract states one is paid x amount for 40 hours a week, when all salaried employees are scheduled at LEAST 50 hours a week, sometimes more. I have been promoted five times and have been given the bare minimum when a male in the same position makes at least 20-30% more. "
