"There are huge growing pains with this company. The CEO is trying but problems are systemic with other top 'leaders' not understanding the new paradigm of a work place energies and regional directors are fierce and don't have any idea who is really working for them. "

"This is not a woman or family friendly company. If a woman even hints at having better ideas or smarter than their manager or director, you will not be there long."

"My director was a workaholic and did not believe in flexibility. I asked my manager if I could work 7a - 4p one day a week and was denied. Another colleague worked from home twice a week due to childcare and our manager asked when she would be in the office because it was affecting the team (it only affected the director and manager)."

"Women are not treated fairly. I was told by a female manager that I have to get used to making less than men because it would never change. The work/life balance is terrible, especially in management roles. The salaried employee contract states one is paid x amount for 40 hours a week, when all salaried employees are scheduled at LEAST 50 hours a week, sometimes more. I have been promoted five times and have been given the bare minimum when a male in the same position makes at least 20-30% more. "
