"This is a fast paced product development company with big plans for future growth. This growth includes initiatives to not only attract women to the cycling sports, but to attract them to positions of various responsibilities within the organization, develop them, and retain them. I work in the engineering sector which traditionally attracts male centric teams, and I feel my voice is equally heard and valued. "

"In my experience, my efforts to improve team culture and developer happiness are not celebrated and are rarely acknowledged. Micro-aggressions (seemingly unconscious) are common, without acknowledgement from others."

"Supportive in that my manager allows me to mold my role, but doesn't provide explicit feedback or encouragement. My manager only lends support during 1-1s, but never publically in chat or in meetings in the form of sponsoring or backing me up in group conversations."

"Don't expect to be promoted. "Boys' Club" runs the show here. Womens' input is not valued. No diversity whatsoever at the top, whether race or sex."

"SRAM has a fabulous culture and is filled with great down to earth people that I enjoy spending time with around the globe. Not having to dress up for work is a huge plus and I'm challenged every day I come to work. The office environment is great and we provide a dedicated nursing mother's room at our headquarters office, which helps during the transition back to work. I can't recommend SRAM highly enough to both men and women."
