"Personally, I’m looking for a new job. I went part time (31 hrs) due to the inflexibility of the director. Promises of bonuses, raises and time off with pay, but to date has not kept any of them. "

"Work is 9-5pm, you are not allowed to leave your desk all day. You are not allowed to talk to fellow coworkers, and if you want to eat lunch you eat st your desk (no lunch break provided). "
