"This location is very discriminatory. They hire, promote and let people keep their jobs based off of race. Their policies only apply to people of color."

"I think although there has not historically been a lot of women in leadership roles there is a lot of change and support for diversity in the last 2 years.
I would say that there is good support from leadership to invest in women's development. "

"Look elsewhere. Unequal pay for exact same experience and education.
Unequual pay and less opportunity for women with more experience than male counterparts. No respect for women as professionals. Women have no voice and are more likely to get fired. High employee turnover. Still the "good ole boys club""
