"You are able to work from home when needed, although some mangers are more accomodating than others. They have recently created nursing rooms for those who are lactating. There are a number of women in management positions. I can't speak to maternity leave, though."

"The first two managers I had were great. Both are men, and both were good at communication, setting expectations, and helping their employees get things done. My current manager is low-key and relaxed, and very flexible with working from home. However, he is not as good of a communicator."
