"I rated this a 5 due to my specific manager and department. I can't speak for the other departments but my manager truly respects that I am a remote working mother. My position has been requiring more travel and my manager allows me to plan it around my families schedule. I couldn't imagine any other company being that flexible."

Sterling allows me to work hard and set aggressive goals, but also allows me the flexibility to work remote and be there for my family. Sometimes I do work weekends or evenings when I’m up against a deadline, but I am able to balance that out with being there for all my kids sport events and seeing them on and off the bus every day.
