"If you can style during normal business hours, you'll be fine. Otherwise, it's entirely up to you to keep up. This role is very isolated, if you don't attend any of the optional, unpaid events, you generally don't meet or talk to anyone other than your Lead. "

"Women are well represented at senior levels ('C Suite') and within creative teams like Merchandising and Marketing. The company is making an effort to hire a diverse group in the Analytics, Algorithms and Engineering teams - though currently those groups are more male dominated."
