Would you recommend Strategic Franchising Systems to other women?
"Anyone who is considering working for this company should know the pros and cons. The fact that this is a small/privately-held company is a double-edged sword. On one hand, you get exposed to much more than you would at a large organization. On the other hand, there is a lack of systems and infrastructure which makes the organization unproductive. Women definitely need to work harder to be heard at this company and for equal pay and treatment of their male counterparts. There are also very few females in leadership roles at this company."
