Employee Reviews
(Winged ratings measure job satisfaction on scale of 1 to 5)

"-Lack of direction and poor time management causes the job to be significantly more difficult and cumbersome than need be and the culture is highly manipulative and draining.
-Having leaders without a design background makes communication difficult and time consuming.
-Design feedback is not constructive and management has difficulty giving clear direction and making decisions.
-There are no professional tools such as Pantone books or a light box. Color review is done standing under a skylight in a warehouse, which is ineffective and leads to poor results.
-Having to use unlicensed programs and computers that do not have enough power to render designs lowers productivity and wastes time.
-Passive aggressive comments are a normal way of communication for management and rude and racists remarks have been made.
-Some of your duties will include vacuuming, doing dishes, fixing plumbing issues, running personal errands, etc., which is not disclosed in the job description or during the interview process.
-Be prepared to work long hours. It is expected that you will be able to work very late without any notice, so scrambling to find someone to watch your child will be something you need to consider.
-If you value respect, professionalism or a healthy work/life balance this will not be a good fit.
