"This is a male-dominated company and there are not many women in leadership roles. I will say that the women that work there are incredible and very supportive. "

"Seems to be equality. Flexible when time allows but many fires so schedule is not always predictable. Different time zones and last minute meetings make schedules difficult and requires working hours to be shifted to accommodate."

"No employer paid time in TX office unless you’re paying for ST disability benefit. Inconsistent CA office and TX office benefits due to different state laws."
