"Mentor has an on-site Child Care Center which is an amazing perk. There is lot of flexibility in start times, which is amazing for working moms (like myself). Many women I work with in my department also have flexible schedules, meaning they work PT or remotely. I can't speak for all of Mentor, but within my area of focus, there are numerous sharp and collaborative women in leadership. My female colleagues lean in to each other's expertise and experience. We make each other better instead of being competitive. Overall, it is a very welcoming environment with friendly people and a beautiful campus (with an on-site gym, yoga classes, cafeteria, volleyball, line dancing classes, social events, Women's Impact Network group, and many more perks!) Hard to find an employer in the area that is large enough to offer the professional growth Mentor can, yet still have a friendly vibe and work/life balance. "
