"Great for non-administrative roles. These are treated as archaic positions. Women in sales, marketing seem to have a fair shot for promotion. "

"Most of the top tier executives have been with the company ~ 20+ years, so changes and progress are slow. The EDA market is mature, so very little growth potential; this resulted in a significant number of senior managers with limited upward mobility. There is a relatively small circle of key management so unless you are part of the circle, career advancement can be a challenge, specifically for women in this company."
