"There is significant sexism in the compensation and promotions. There are a lot of smart women working there that are eclipsed by mediocre men who make significantly more while contributing less.
So, negotiate! Assume they are paying men more and negotiate from there. "

"Many positions are remote, which provides a lot of flexibility. The amount of hours have been a challenge, but at least I can do them in my own time around the needs of my family. "
