"There is frequent conversation about promoting more women to leadership positions, but it's hard to see concrete action to that end. Maternity leave is complicated and not that great (it's covered by Major Medical Sick Leave, which accrues over time and maxes out at one month, then rolls into short term disability, which covers 60% and ends 6 weeks after birth). Overall, however, I feel valued and equal to my male counterparts. "
