"Although the company is predominantly male, there is no difference in respect or the way women are treated as opposed to men. I know every single day that my opinion is respected, that I am valued, and that my work is appreciated. The compensation is also very nice, as are the benefits. The company is also extremely flexible about working from home, and since many people have kids or family obligations, you don't need to feel guilty taking time to handle that. Overall it's just a fantastic place to work and a great group of people."
