"It depends upon the department in which you work as to how flexible the hours are. If things are going well, there is. flex time. It also depends upon the job. "

"I thought my manager had my back. I had a really severe illness where my work was hampered literally by a condition that caused memory loss, poor judgment, and other problems in the brain. It can be weeks and sometimes months before this condition is found. The only way to discover this is by a blood test or if you go into a coma. Both happened to me. I ended up being put on a transplant list for a liver. Miraculously, things turned around. But I have no memory of the month before my coma. "
