"As of 2017, this is still a company for women who are highly self-aware and "fighters". Women who are insecure or shy with great skills may get run over and/or unseen as it is an aggressive culture both in the positive and negative sense. Definitely a guy-centric culture."

"Depending on the supervisor, either too little, or too much is expected of women. Could be a great place to work if a women is willing to advocate for herself and speak up regarding what a female friendly work culture looks like. Much progress has been made in the past few years, but much more needs to be made. There is genuine care, but also a lack of understanding towards the perspective of a women in a "dude" culture. "
