"The benefits are wonderful. The culture is really positive and leadership is motivating. Most of the operations positions require a shift bid which can be difficult to balance existing outside priorities. "

"People known to be "hazards at work" kept on for their knowledge. Culture ruled by fear and greed rather than rational thought. No women at the most senior level. My manager was a VP but there were many men above her with more senior titles. Women see other women as competition vs teammates. Cut throat culture with zero regard for basic human resource laws, much less human kindness."
