"Telnyx is a fantastic place to work especially as there are so much opportunities for personal growth and progressing up to a leadership position. Our C team prioritse our DEI efforts which I love, however we still are a smaller company and it's a WIP so the balance between men and women isn't on par. This is something that we've setup a taskforce for to work on. I feel empowered to do my job, the trust I am given when I have an idea, or an opinion on how we should do something is extremely rewarding, along with the flexibility They don't care about hours clocked in - they just care about the impact you have. Makes my day to day alot easier being able to work around my personal schedule. "
