"Terminix we mostly a male dominated company, so sometimes you will here some inappropriate things. I was the only women in my position and they never had a women in the position. No one had time to train me, cause everyone was so busy. I still did well with no direction and my supervisor was not one to stand up for you. They are doing a lot of downsizing since they merged with Terminix, so why hire or promote if you are going to eliminate the position anway? Also with all of the downsizing they are eliminating good workers and keeping the "bad" employee's. They will never be able to grow with that mentally."

"Don't expect a huge salary, but if you are looking for a nice place to work, and you are not ambitious, then maybe you should consider working here."

"It is dependent on your role and manager. There are a lot of fire drills that create many late nights. If you have time to take off and still hit deadlines, great! But there is usually just another deadline to hit."
